Graduation Ceremony 2024

Registration for the Graduation Ceremony on 22.11.2024

Following the invitation email from Professor Matthieu de Nanteuil, Dean of LSM, please carefully read all the information below:

1. To register for the graduation ceremony (mandatory actions):

   • Complete the registration form (link in the invitation sent by email).
   • Fill out the "employment situation survey" (link in the invitation sent by email).
     This information is extremely valuable for the rankings in which LSM participates, as well as for improving the employment and Corporate services.

   Registration deadline: October 25, 2024.

2. To reserve tickets for your guests (maximum of 2 per student):
   After completing your own registration, you will receive an email at the end of October with a unique link to reserve entrance tickets for your guests (maximum of 2).
   A contribution fee of €10 per guest will be requested.

   IMPORTANT:
   Given the number of graduating students, we can only accept two guests per student registered for the ceremony. Furthermore, as the capacity of the "Théâtre" in the Aula Magna is limited, tickets are also limited and will be available on a "first come, first served" basis. Please note that the information needed to purchase guest tickets will be sent to you by email at the end of October.
   Note: Your guests must bring the entrance tickets you reserved online to attend the ceremony.

3. Live broadcast on YouTube:
   For those who cannot attend the ceremony at Aula Magna, a YouTube link will be sent to you a few days before the event.

4. Practical information:
   Please pay attention to the following practical details:

   a) Diploma distribution: After the ceremony, your diploma will be handed to you. However, this requires that you have registered online within the specified deadline (October 25, 2024) and that you present a valid ID (no proxy will be accepted).

   b) Gowns and caps:
   LSM honors its graduates by providing gowns and caps to wear during the ceremony. To facilitate the distribution of gowns and ensure you receive one in your size, don’t forget to fill in this field at the end of the online registration.

   • Gowns and caps will be given to you after your identity is verified at reception.
   • At the end of the ceremony, you must return the gown and cap in order to receive your diploma.

   c) Photos:
   Photos from the evening will be available on the LSM website https://uclouvain.be/fr/facultes/lsm/graduation.html a few days after the ceremony.

5. Ceremony program and schedule:

   • 4:00 PM sharp: Graduate check-in, identity verification, cloakrooms, distribution of gowns and caps.
   • 4:30 PM: Graduates seated in the hall wearing gowns and briefing session.
   • 5:00 PM: Doors open for guests & ticket verification.
   • 5:45 PM: Ceremony begins.
   • 7:30 PM: End of the ceremony, group photos.
   • 7:30 PM - 8:45 PM: Diploma collection and cocktail reception.
