Our Professors from the Major in People & Organization Management, teaching diversity management and contemporary issues in HR, have decided to redirect the course's content on the crisis we are all experiencing at the moment.
Because "Covid-19 represents a real and severe challenge for health and societies, but also for companies and their ways of organizing work and managing people."
And because it's a "more appropriate, challenging and stimulating way of studying strategic HRM this year".
The question at the heart of our course this year will then be: "How does the HR function create value in times of crisis?".
