Welcome to the Louvain School of Management (LSM)!
The first week of the new academic year (from 11 to 22 September 2023) is called "Win Week" by UCLouvain which stands for Welcome and Integration Week. As a student in the Master of Management Sciences, you are also invited to participate in several events.
These two weeks are an opportunity for you to start your academic year by combining faculty information sessions, during which essential information for the smooth running of this year will be given to you, with social and integration events.
Key moments:
Thursday 14/09/2023: information for newly enrolled Master 60 and 120 students (International students included), dean’s word and welcome lunch (MANDATORY REGISTRATION HERE).
Friday 15/09/2023: virtual escape game for newly enrolled Masters 120 credits students
Friday 22/09/2023: information on the majors of the Masters 120 credits.
The information will be given in two parts:
1) Each field of study within LSM will give a 30-minute presentation of its majors
2) Each major (see below) will have a stand during a Q&A session. Feel free to come and meet professors, assistants and students to learn more about each major

Our LSM student helpers are here for you during the first two weeks of the new academic year.
They are here to help you get off to a good start to the year, to help you understand your course and to answer your questions.
If you have a problem that they cannot solve themselves, they will make an appointment for you with a member of LSM staff
