La Louvain School of Management classée n° 1 en Belgique par le Financial Times 2013

Louvain-La-Neuve, Mons

The LSM is very pleased to announce that its Master in Business Engineering is ranked N°1 in Belgium by the Financial Times 2013.

ftThe Louvain School of Management (LLN) confirms its position in the TOP30 of the FT ranking  (28) and its leadership among Belgian Business Schools in front of our colleagues from Vlerick Management School (29), Solvay Brussels School (31), or Antwerp Management School (42).

Moreover, our prestigious CEMS Master in International Management (MIM) joint degree is ranked N°7 worldwide by the Financial Times.

To keep its position in this increasingly more competitive ranking, the School makes sure that the quality of its programs’ remain at the center of the school’s project.

The school’s performance can be explained by a number of criteria. International course experience was well valued by our alumni  (based on unique international exposure during the master's program).  Additionally, we perform very well in the “value for money” of the studies criterion, which looks at the alumni’s wages three years after graduation and at the costs of the studies.

Our position in the FT ranking is an outstanding recognition of the effort made by the school's management team for many years.  It highlights the importance given to the international exposure by the school (more than 130 exchange destinations worldwide), as well as the added value of our management education to the corporate world, all this in line with our values of excellence and ethics. The school has recently developed a quality evaluation tool for its master programmes.  The project is based on a competencies barometer giving our students the opportunity to be actors of their own learning process within the LSM.

Let us celebrate the collective success of our school and congratulate our students, professors, assistants, researchers, administrative staff and alumni who all together have contributed to this success, as well as our corporate partners for their never fading support and commitment!

We are proud and ready to assume the on-going leadership in the years to come and are very pleased to have you on board in our thriving School.
