Sample Compliance
Volume required: 3000 ul of serum or plasma
If seroconversion is suspected, whole blood (2x10ml) is preferred.
Specimens may not:
- be hemolyzed
- be lipemic
Samples must be received within 7 days of collection and stored at 4°C. The required volumes are the minimum volumes to perform all the analyses guaranteeing a final interpretation.
