In a volatile financial market marked by low interest rates, high inflation, and an increase in longevity, life insurers and pension providers face challenges, threatening long-term guarantees. Despite the difficulty in providing traditional guarantees, there's still a demand and interest for guarantees from the client. What is the hybridization approach ? How is it possible to incorporate risk-sharing principles in this approach ?
