LSM and VSE come together to offer a double degree letting students combine the best Management practices and Finance and Accounting expertise
The VSE University of Economics, Prague is considered as the best school of business and economics in Czech Republic. Similarly to LSM, VSE is EQUIS accredited, part of the CEMS Alliance and a PIM member.
Double degree student who has completed the required credits of each institution will obtain two degrees, one from each school:
> @ LSM: it will be the "Master en sciences de gestion, à finalité spécialisée" OR "Master en ingénieur de gestion, à finalité spécialisée" (legally titled in French, the programme is entirely in English)
> @ VSE: it will be the "Master in Finance and Accounting"
Double degree structure
DD students will spend 1 year at LSM and one year at VSE. Although programmes are subject to change, you can check examples here below:
Students enrolled in a double degree LSM/VSE are required to write a joint Master's thesis. Therefore the students will have to found two professors: one at LSM and one at VSE. One will be the main supervisor and the other one the reader.
Students usually start their work for the Master's thesis already during the first year. The Master's thesis will be written in English. A mandatory oral defense will take place in front of at least the two professors (by skype if needed).
Tuition fees are paid at the "home" university, for the entire duration of the studies. Administrative fees might be required at the "host" university.
