"UCLouvain and the Economic Stimulation Agency of Picardy Wallonia, Entreprendre.wapi, have joined forces to create, with the support of the Lemay Fund, a university chair in consumer behaviour in the agro-food sector. The chair's activities will focus on scientific research, continuing training for managers of companies in the sector and raising awareness among students. It will give a boost to the achievement of the objectives of Entreprendre.wapi, whose actions aim to perpetuate the strategic sectors of the local economy, and in particular the agro-food sector and sustainable food (...).
Funded by Entreprendre.wapi with the support of the Lemay Fund and led by the vice-rector in Hainaut of UCLouvain, Professor Alain Vas, the chair will be based in Picardy Wallonia.
