Geneviève Schamps |
Geneviève Schamps is Full Professor at the Faculty of Law and Criminology, the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Public Health of the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium). She is President of the « Institut pour la recherche interdisciplinaire en sciences juridiques » and Director of the Center for Medical and Biomedical Law (UCL). She is also visiting Professor at Collège Belgique. She is a member of the Royal Academy of Science, Letters and Fine Arts of Belgium. She’s also president of the Belgian Advisory Committee on Bioethics and President of the Executive Board of the Medical Accident Compensation Fund (Belgium). Her research and teaching interests are medical and biomedical law, bioethics, civil liability, criminal law and comparative law.

Nathalie Frogneux |
Nathalie Frogneux is Professor at the catholic University of Louvain, in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), teacher of philosophy and in particular anthropological philosophy. She is researcher at Europè, center for pratical philosophy (Institut supérieur de philosophie) and at the LAAP (laboratoire d’anthropologie prospective/IACCHOS). She is teacher at the school of sexology and sciences of familly (ESFA). Her research is focused on Hans Jonas, Jan Patocka and the topic of Lying and secret. |
