Seminar | Transparency in the sharing economy. A Legal Design approach (28/11/19)

The PROSEco project has the pleasure to invite you at the first of its "sparkling seminars".
We are going to discuss the topic “Transparency in the sharing economy. A Legal Design approach” with Rossana Ducato, postdoctoral researcher at UCLouvain. Rossana will introduce the Legal Design approach, its foundational principles and methods, and explain how it can be relevant for legal researches. As a case study, she will present an example of disclosure tool from her project “The Internet of Platform. An empirical study on private ordering and consumer protection in the sharing economy”.
